Our gourmet petite carrot bundles are edible from top to tip--young and tender, there's no need to peel them, and the leafy green tops are edible too! Gourmet petite carrots are harvested early for maximum tenderness and a concentrated, earthy sweetness. Ideal for quick roasting, glazing, or eating fresh. Unlike standard baby carrots, which are large, flavorless carrots whittled down, ours are true gourmet "petite" carrots, which are naturally small and sweet with highly concentrated natural sugars, providing a mellow and distinctly sweet, earthy flavor profile. Grown using organic, no-spray, and chemical-free practices. 100% of the proceeds from produce sales fund our paid student internship positions.
