Salad Mix, Seasonal Blend

Grown using organic, no-spray, and chemical-free practices. Our Seasonal Blend changes with the seasons: spring, summer, fall, and winter. From mid-May until at least late August, we're serving up "Summer Crisp," which is a bold mix of gorgeous red and green summer crisp lettuces, harvested at peak ripeness. Leaves are the size of the palm of your hand and are perfect for sandwiches, burgers, and salads. 100% of the proceeds from produce sales fund our paid student internship positions.
