They are large, globe-shaped with white flesh, and become tender and flavorful when cooked, making them versatile for grilling, frying, and adding to various dishes. Grown using organic, no-spray, and chemical-free practices. 100% of the proceeds from produce/plant sales fund our paid student internship positions.
