Mixed Berry Gourmet Salad Kit

A complete salad kit with recipe, instructions, and all the fresh ingredients needed to make a gourmet salad and homemade salad dressing--just add a few pantry staples (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey!) Recipe and ingredients provided to make a Strawberry-Lime Mint Vinaigrette. Each kit makes 3 meal-sized salads or 6 side salads. Ingredients: Salad Blend (a seasonal mix of red and green loose leaf artisan lettuce, such as oakleaf, butterhead, batavia, sweet gem, and sweet crisp), Mixed Berries (seasonal mix of available berries, such as strawberries, blueberries, black raspberries, raspberries, blackberries), Mixed Veggies (seasonal mix of available salad veggies, such as salad turnips, radishes, cucumbers, snow peas, broccoli florets), Edible Flowers, Lime Mint, Strawberry Mint. Can be purchased WITHOUT or WITH nuts--freshly shelled pecans from our Amish neighbor, Gertie. Grown using organic, no-spray, and chemical-free practices. 100% of the proceeds from produce/plant sales fund our paid student internship positions.
