This topic has been a favorite of mine for sometime and we have even started mowing less of our yard and we are slowly working on digging out invasive plants and adding in natives.
Bonus, mowing less saves gas and the kids loves the paths. Where before there were huge swaths of mowed grass where no one really ever went, the entire thing is used every day now!
