An oven-finished egg frittata packed with summer squash, feta, and herbs. Great for brunch, lunchboxes, or dinner with a salad.

2 ozFeta Cheesecrumbled
2 tbspUnsalted Butter

Sauté sliced zucchini and squash in butter until softened, 5 min.
