Bone-In Ribeye with Herb Butter
Simple bone-in ribeye, grilled or cast-iron seared, finished with salted herb butter. The cut does most of the work — your only job is not to overcook it.

Season ribeye generously with dry rub at least 1 hour ahead. Bring to room temp.

Grill or cast-iron over high heat. 4 min per side for medium-rare. Do not move.
